Perth Racing is seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record of success to become an integral part of the Racecourse Team at Ascot & Belmont Park racecourses as Assistant Racecourse Manager – Ascot.
The Assistant Racecourse Manager - Ascot will lead and manage all aspects of the Ascot racecourse operations, grounds and facilities. This hands-on position will coordinate operational racecourse personnel for the running of track work, trials and race meetings in association with Racing WA guidelines and OHS legislation.

This role will oversee the maintenance of all racing facilities and infrastructure, including all three codes at the Mowbray Racecourse with a focus on building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Murray Bridge Racing Club is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join the team in a new role of Operations Manager - Track & Facilities.
You will be responsible for the management of the ground staff team accountable for the preparation and maintenance of the tracks, grounds, facilities and machinery of the Murray Bridge Racing Club. Your team will be expected to deliver a safe and attractive high-quality venue for all stakeholders and patrons that meets the requirements of the Principal Racing Authority.
As Operations Manager you will plan and co-ordinate the work outcomes of the ground staff team while fostering a safety first culture in the workplace. You will be a focal point for track and facility matters on race days and be responsible for the effective liaison with industry participants, fostering both compliance of regulatory obligations locally and building harmonious relationships within the racing sector.
