The 2024 TAB ARMA Conference will be hosted by the Gold Coast Turf Club, in Queensland.
The Conference will run from 14 to 17 August 2024, beginning with Welcome Drinks on the Wednesday evening and concluding with the Race Day on the Saturday.

The ARMA Conference Organising Committee are working through the list of guest speakers and sponsors presentations that will cover various crucial topics, including cutting-edge technologies, emerging trends, and best practices.
The objective is to equip delegates with the necessary knowledge and insights to stay ahead in the constantly evolving field and foster valuable connections and collaboration among industry professionals.

As with previous conferences, the ARMA Organising Committee is excited to offer industry businesses and suppliers the chance to get involved as conference sponsors, showcasing their products and services through trade booths of the Exhibition Sessions. In addition to dedicated sponsor time with conference delegates, all session breaks will provide ample opportunity for delegates and sponsors to engage and interact.
We've tweaked the Conference Dinner for 2024, which will now be the 2024 ARMA Awards Night.
Held within a suite of the Grandstand at Aquis Park, we'll maintain the relaxed nature of the dinner, but we will celebrate the achievements of many of our peers and announce a number of scholarship winners.
More details, including the list of awards and scholarships that will be celebrated, will be announced in the coming weeks.
The ARMA Conference Organising Committee has negotiated and reserved rooms at the Sofitel Hotel in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast for Delegates and Sponsors should they require accommodation during the Conference.
Delegates can opt to stay in alternative accommodation, but please note that ARMA have organized daily bus transfers to and from Aquis Park (Gold Coast Turf Club) from the Sofitel. There are no alternative pick up or drop off options available.

ARMA has booked a number of buses to transport delegates between the Sofitel Hotel Broadbeach and Aquis Park Racecourse (Gold Coast Turf Club).
The Bus pick up and drop off location is out the front of The Sofitel Hotel (Broadbeach).
It is critical that you book your position on the bus using the form to ensure there's a seat allocated to you - 2024 TAB ARMA Conference - BUS BOOKINGS or CLICK HERE.
Please note that there are no additional or alternative drop off or pick up locations.
Buses will leave on time, so please ensure that you arrive prior to the departure times.
If you have any specific dietary requirements which were not entered through the registration process and forms, please email events@racecoursemanagers.com.au no later than 4pm Monday 12 August.
We will then forward this list to the venue and advise them of the events that you have registered to attend.
The dress code for this event is smart / business casual which is pants and a shirt for men.
Please, no denim and no shorts.
For those attending the race meeting on Saturday, we have booked a private function room – the Sky Racing Lounge.
As this room is located within the Members Enclosure, all guests will need to adhere to the GCTC Members Dress Code which can be found here - https://gctc.com.au/raceday-info/what-to-wear/
Simply for men, that's pants and shirt. No shorts, demin, or thongs. Jacket optional.
The presentations on Thursday and Friday will be conducted in the North Hall of the Event Centre.
The Trade Show will be conducted in the South Hall of the Event Centre.

The Sky Racing Lounge is the private function room which has been booked for ARMA Delegates attending the Race Day. Please note that this is in a Members Area and Members Dress Codes apply.
Bump-in to set up your booth is available on Wednesday from 10am to 5pm.
To access the venue for bumping in, please enter the main car park via Racecourse Drive where you can park your vehicles.
The Trade Show will be conducted in the South Hall of the Event Centre.
We ask that you bump out following the conclusion of the Trade Show on Friday afternoon as the room will be entirely stripped out following our event in preparation for the raceday on Saturday.
If you can’t take your gear with you on the Friday afternoon, you will need to secure and label all your goods together so they can be stored by the venue in an organised manner, so please ensure that you organise labels and bounding materials / equipment prior to arrival. Those storing materials at the venue will need to organise collection on Monday.
