The ARMA Conference Organising Committee has negotiated and reserved rooms at the Sofitel Hotel in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast for Delegates and Sponsors should they require accommodation during the Conference. 

The Sofitel Hotel has an amazing location just 300m away from the beach. This spectacular luxury Gold Coast hotel is within easy reach of Broadbeach's many restaurants, bars and shops, as well as The Star Casino. Sofitel Gold Coast is minutes from Surfers Paradise and a 30 minute drive from Gold Coast airport.

Delegates can opt to stay in alternative accommodation, but please note that ARMA have organized daily bus transfers to and from Aquis Park (Gold Coast Turf Club) from the Sofitel. There are no alternative pick up or drop off options available.   

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR ALLOCATION OF ROOMS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED FOR THE FRIDAY NIGHT WITH THE HOTEL AT CAPACITY.  

It is the responsibility of the Delegate to book and pay for their accommodation directly with the Sofitel using the below details:

Classic River View Rooms 

- Wednesday 14 August - $249

- Thursday 15 August - $249

- Friday 16 August - $269

- Saturday 17 August - $269

Superior Ocean View Rooms 

- Wednesday 14 August - $309

- Thursday 15 August - $309

- Friday 16 August - $329

- Saturday 17 August - $329

- The above rates are valid three nights either side of the conference dates and is subject to availability for those extending their stay.

- Full buffet breakfast available and can be charged on consumption at $35 per guest, per day in Bistro On3 (Usually $45)

- Self Car Parking $25.00 per car/ day 

- Valet Car Parking $55.00 per car/ day

Terms and Conditions:

- Available for dates between the 16th and 20th of August 2023

- Must be booked prior to 15 July 2024 and subject to availability.

- Cancellation policy as per Hotel's terms.
