2026 ARMA Conference

The ARMA Conference Organising Committee have compiled the list of guest speakers and sponsors presentations that will cover various crucial topics, including cutting-edge technologies, emerging trends, and best practices. 

The objective is to equip delegates with the necessary knowledge and insights to stay ahead in the constantly evolving field and foster valuable connections and collaboration among industry professionals. 

The conference is geared towards empowering attendees to remain up-to-date with the latest developments and to encourage networking and collaboration within the industry.

We are excited to showcase our sponsors through the Trade Exhibition sessions, providing delegates with an opportunity to learn about new technologies, tools and solutions that can help them address their organizational needs and stay ahead of the pack.

As with previous conferences, the ARMA Organising Committee is excited to offer industry businesses and suppliers the chance to get involved as conference sponsors, showcasing their products and services through trade booths of the Exhibition Sessions. In addition to dedicated sponsor time with conference delegates, all session breaks will provide ample opportunity for delegates and sponsors to engage and interact. 

The 2026 ARMA Conference will conclude with a race day at Morphettville Racecourse on Saturday 22 August.

For delegates staying on for the race meeting, the South Australian Jockey Club has reserved a private suite exclusively for ARMA guests, providing a premium race day experience.

Guests will enjoy:

• Private suite access
• Finger food throughout the day
• Beverage package

Race day tickets will be distributed during the Conference to registered delegates, with racebooks available on the day.

Further details, including race day dress codes and event specifics, will be published here once finalised.

ARMA will also provide coach transfers to and from the official Conference hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for all delegates.

Held at Morphettville Racecourse, we'll maintain the relaxed nature of the dinner, but we will celebrate the achievements of many of our peers and announce a number of scholarship winners. 

Pre Drinks will be served in the Mounting Yard between 6:30pm and 7pm, after which we'll move into the Events Centre that over looks the Home Straight. The event concludes at 10:30pm.

The dress code for this event is smart casual with a jacket required for men. Appropriate attire includes pants, a collared shirt, and a jacket. Strictly no denim, shorts, t-shirts, thongs, or sneakers.

The ARMA Conference Organising Committee has negotiated and secured accommodation at a hotel in Glenelg for delegates and sponsors attending the 2026 Conference.

Further details, including booking information and room allocations, will be released on 1 April 2026 alongside delegate packages.

Delegates are welcome to arrange their own accommodation; however, please note that ARMA will coordinate daily bus transfers to and from Morphettville Racecourse and official Conference functions. There will be no alternative pick-up or drop-off locations available.

ARMA has booked a number of buses to transport delegates between the hotel and racecourse. 

It is critical that you book your position on the bus using the form to ensure there's a seat allocated to you. Please note that there are no additional or alternative drop off or pick up locations. Buses will leave on time, so please ensure that you arrive prior to the departure times.
