After two years of cancellations and postponements, that Association is excited to host over 150 delegates each day for the 2022 Polvin Fencing ARMA Conference at Royal Randwick.
The ARMA Conference Organising Committee have finalised our guest speakers and the program can be downloaded here. Please note that the program is subject to change and printed versions of the program will be available at the Conference.
All delegates will be required to check in at the Registration Tables upon arrival, where you will be allocated your ID Lanyard, Delegate Bag full of merchandise and promotional materials, as well as a Conference Program.
The Conference will be conducted in the new Winx Stand at Royal Randwick, with the presentations held in the South Room and the Trade Shows in the North Room. Morning and Afternoon tea each day will be held in the North Room.

Registrations open Monday 3 April, 2023.
Registrations will close at 4pm on Friday 4 August 2023.
AMRA has booked a number of buses to transport delegates between the Hotel and Cannon Park.

We will then forward this list to the venue and advise them of the events that you have registered to attend.
The dress code for this event is smart / business casual which is pants and a dress shirt for men. Jacket and tie are optional.
Please, no denim.
For those attending the race meeting on Saturday, we have booked a private function room – the Kingston Town Room. As this room is located within the Members Enclosure, all guests will need to adhere to the ATC Members Dress Code which can be found here - https://www.australianturfclub.com.au/what-to-wear/.
The presentations on Thursday and Friday will be conducted in the South Room of the Winx Stand.
The Trade Shows will be set up in the North Room of the Winx Stand.
The Dinner will be held in the South Room of the Winx Stand.
The Kingston Town Room (Level 4 of the Members Grandstand) is the private function room which has been booked for ARMA Delegates. Please note that this is in a Members Area and Members Dress Codes apply.
Bump-in to set up your booth is available on Wednesday afternoon (2pm - 5pm).
To access the venue for bumping in, please enter via Gate 1 off Alison Road and drive up the Members Drive and past Gate E where can you park your vehicle in the parking bays (past Gate E). Pedestrian access to the Winx Stand is via Gate E.
We ask that you bump out following the conclusion of the Trade Show on Friday afternoon as the room will be entirely stripped out following our event in preparation for the raceday on Saturday. If you can’t take your gear with you on the Friday afternoon, you will need to secure and label all your goods together so they can be stored by the venue in an organised manner, so please ensure that you organise labels and bounding materials / equipment prior to arrival. Those storing materials at the venue will need to organise collection on Monday.
